Who we are
We are a small, fringe theatre company in Boston. Our goal is to create and produce intimate and original theater by and for our community, as well as making that accessible to the entire community. Since 2000, 11:11 has created and produced an astounding twenty five original plays.
History
11:11 was formed in the Spring of 2000 out of a desire for a company that vigorously focuses on creating original work. The company spent their first years honing their craft by putting on several summer-stocks of their work all throughout Ohio. 11:11’s founder, Brian Tuttle, transplanted the company to Boston in 2005.
What we do:
We put on three original plays and one traditional piece throughout a season. We feature local playwrights and perform in Boston theatres. We keep tickets in an accessible price range to encourage a diverse audience to attend. We are a young, passionate group of people dedicated to producing theatre that is original, intimate, and eye-opening.
